Exchange account disconnected on Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i have exchange account has been disconnected outlook past several hours , outlook isn't providing details problem. yahoo , icloud accounts, on outlook fine. connection periodially restore minute before getting disconnected again. tried sending test email exchange account yahoo , it's stuck in outbox.

i tried readding account on outlook , windows security box appears me enter password. press ok , security box reappears. i'm absolutely password correct. tried entering server information manually. attempts connect server , fails, saying not locate specified server , user name , password not valid. again, i'm i'm entering correct information.

outlook says folder last updated today @ 2:56 pm. got 4 emails today after 2:56 nothing since. sent email yahoo exchange account , got non delivery report saying address may misspelled (it's not) or may not exist (it exist).

any ideas?
