received message when trying send email few users outlook desktop client 

i checked of users , of them received emails others did not 

working within wireless environment in office 

any great thank in advance

i noticed send email within wireless environment. so, please change network try again eliminate network issue. meanwhile, may related autocomplete addresses. so, please try select these recipient global address book check if issue persists.

  1. can send email via outlook web app (owa)?
  2.  to check mail flow, please run message trace and provide screenshot of detailed result below picture shows? upload the screenshot in forum, please click use rich formatting and the insert/edit media icon.

 


 

  1. the detailed version of outlook. please go file > office account > outlook.
  2. may confirm whether non-delivery email full? if not, please provide full version our analysis. please provide in private message.
