Outlook Mac 2011 - Sent mail not saving and old emails downloading. - Microsoft Community


hi - had rebuild mac. running sierra. restored time machine backup. because backup older found posts suggest copy more recent version office identity folder new build. renamed identity on rebuild , dropped in more recent copy. since outlook behaving strangely. have since removed old identity. fyi kept same identity name when copied over.

i sent, received , deleted numerous emails yesterday. when started machine morning couple of sent mails there , downloaded bunch of same emails yesterday again. has happened twice since. account settings same have had not expected behaviour. rebuilt identity database again morning in case has done again.

even calendar invites had accepted earlier today have reverted unactioned. 

any ideas please?  thanks

have done should have done while ago , recreated accounts imap. seems have solved issue.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
