Transfer emails using Outlook 365 on my Mac to PST files - Microsoft Community

hello, 

i started using office 365 on macbook (which primary laptop work) few months ago , imported past emails residing in various .pst files using import facility. subsequent emails have received, have been moved various folders part of pst files (which shows folders in "on computer". under impression pst files residing on macbook getting updated new emails have been keeping after shifting macbook. understanding appeared incorrect - when moved 1 of pst file other laptop on microsoft os. found pst file had data of date when first started using same on macbook. how ensure pst files on macbook continues current emails? these emails stored? how ensure backup - prefer continue using pst file main store point emails.

according article - import email messages, contacts, , other items outlook 2016 mac, once .pst files imported, archived email messages, contacts, calendar items, , on available in the on computer section of outlook navigation panes. 

to ensure subsequent emails stored in server side, please sign owa with office 365 account credential check if emails can found in inbox folder. can search them directly on owa check this.
