When did Outlook in O365 change to only show mail related tiles? - Microsoft Community


did office365 outlook change show 4 mail related tiles when in outlook?  why doesn't show tiles have access other apps in office365?  causes substantial problem when user has chosen start office365 in outlook instead of home screen.

is there configuration setting somewhere?  recent change?  occurring people have full e1 , e3 licenses it's not limitation licensing.

this issue posted service health dashboard (shd) incident ex94874 starting @ wednesday, march 1, 2017 01:00:00 (utc). user experience of incident is: within outlook on web, users may unable view app launcher tiles , can't sign in skype im. tenant administrators can view current information , updates on shd @ link here:

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
