Can't print from Outlook 2016 in Windows 7 - Microsoft Community

can print other office apps (word, publisher, excel, etc.) freezes , shuts down when attempting print outlook.  i have tried steps article posted post issue, didn't work.  i don't want leave windows 7 if possible.
