new emails receive cannot viewed in inbox though can find them searching them?

these new emails may in subfolders.
when search email, , hover mouse on email, corresponding folder display. please see screenshot below:
if still need search these new emails, i’d confirm following information investigating:
1. how did configure account, via exchange or imap/pop? please follow steps , send screenshot via private message, can check you:
a) click file>info
b) click account settings>account settings…
c) select affected account.
d) capture screenshot.
2. if configure account via exchange mode, please check if unselect "use cached exchange mode" editing affect account in account settings...
3. these emails have in common, such same person or same company, have same subject , on?
4. issue may related rules, please check rules below:
a) click home in menu bar.
b) click rules> manage rules &alerts…
c) check every rules carefully.
