hi think encountering bug emails being sent users , not being received in anywhere near realtime. sender sending multiple recipients. using outlook 2016. using outlook owa web portal. on web portal, inbox not showing emails. hard diagnose believe hard refresh of webpage shows emails.
the sender sending different timezone (+10gmt) particular recipient (+11gmt). possible there bug push notification processing on owa?

check if recipient , sender has same time zone in owa , same time zone on outlook 2016 client. see if issue still occur.
please provide following information understand the scenario:
1. the detailed outlook version, , specify if (deferred/current/first release) channel. provide os version details.
2. check if using latest browser version , browser client (firefox, ie, chrome, etc.).
3. regarding “the sender sending different timezone (+10gmt) particular recipient (+11gmt)”, does computer have adjusted daylight saving time?
4. please check if issue occurs specific sender or happens users.
5. try run message trace check happened messages pass through exchange online service. need admin of organization run message trace. based on results, see details on how fix problem.
