i have test , process , find. issue happen in sometimes.

the mail merge files can use , test no problems, have create new in excel , word file many times.

as when try mail merge, email success , find in ms office outlook in "sent items"

after end mail merge, no error shows during process or ms outlook.

some email fail, can not found in sent items, outbox or folder.

here found same pattern emails can not send chinese email number:

e.g: (a) *** email address removed privacy *** (b)*** email address removed privacy ***
**x should number
   y may character number

once case or b can not send. create excel, word file , retry many times.

only way need send in outlook copy , paste.

that not happen in 1 computer, try in on 3 computer, same problem.
