Outlook Error Pop-up - Microsoft Community


hello. have outlook 2016. never use it. recently, pop-up of sudden. when run anti virus program.

i browsed through microsoft support directed me inbox repair. following message pops no matter file choose repair.

please help. thing driving me crazy!!!

kindly provide following information better understand concern:

  • when did "c:\users\subbadra\desktop\my outlook data file(1).pst cannot found." popup start appearing?
  • just clarify, have used microsoft outlook 2016 program before?
  • if haven't used microsoft outlook 2016 program, how access emails?
  • can see "my outlook data file(1).pst" file on desktop? if can't see on desktop, access file explorer , follow file path of "my outlook data file(1).pst".

in meantime, kindly access outlook 2016 see show up. if haven't used outlook 2016, you'll see account setup page. kindly share the items you'll see when access outlook 2016. if possible, kindly provide screenshot.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
