OWA for Android - Couldn't find your settings - Microsoft Community


i have several users setup on androids our office 365 e3 licenses.  one user has phone generating error 'couldn't find settings' when credentials entered in owa android.

i have tried reinstalling app, contacting microsoft office 365 concierge, , accessing through web browser on phone.  accessing account through web browser on phone works fine.  accessing account on phone owa android works without issue.  accessing account through outlook.com app on particular device not work.

we need use owa android can't take settings, suggestions welcome!

fix: reset users password new one

simple!

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
