reconnected e-mail account instructed biy microsoft, keep receiving e-mail warning states e-mail account still not reconnected outlook.com. what? can ignore that, or have try again?

- are trying reconnect outlook app on desktop outlook.com?
- were able reconnect email despite email warning?
- have tried restart pc , reopen applications?
