On My Computer - Unable to Find Exchange Mail Moved - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have outlook 2016 mac

i trying move emails server on computer folder. instead of drag & drop on computer folder within inbox, did below.

now can see emails if search in mails cannot find specific on computer (on computer) folder

please help

although on computer (on computer) appears option when moving items, isn’t specific folder. cannot find moved items checking folders under on computer. nor can search out them current folder or subfolders. suggest move these affected items out folder under on computer can view them navigating folder.
