we have issue here, affects users. one on outlook 2010, others on outlook 2016. exchange 2013 latest cu. we on-prem.
please let me know if has idea here.

firstly, i’d confirm if you’ve tried
repair outlook client mentioned in old thread. if issue persists after that, i’d confirm following information further troubleshooting:
1. saying ‘we on-prem’, mean using pure exchange on-premises email service or under exchange hybrid deployment office 365?
2. detailed version of outlook 2016 client. (in file> office account> update options)
3. can reproduce issue every time use reply meeting option in outlook 2016 client?
4. if log outlook web access , use corresponding reply meeting option reply emails? issue persist?
5. have tried manually changing meeting duration after clicking reply meeting? there improvement?
6. please share relevant screenshots indicate meeting 0 minutes in length.
