need assistance on issue see below facing major impact our business, this happens when our midsized plan has been upgraded business premium. outlook profiles keeps corrupting if created new profile. never experience issue before. problem on this? creating new profile everyday 200 employees part of daily habit , users needed wait again emails back.

i know type of account is configured on outlook client, (exchange mode, imap or pop3). try using support , recovery assistance (sara) tool run series of diagnostic tests , identify issue on outlook client.
regarding error ”system resources critically low. close windows.”, try minimizing opened applications on desktop or application on background, might caused insufficient system memory resources on pc.
if issue still occurs, please provide following information troubleshoot:
1. detailed versionof office client.
2. if account exchange mode, use remote connectivity analyzer, test if dns records set on office 365. can refer screenshot below correct test category:
3. in exchange mode, check if issue caused rpc encryption requirement.
4. if use imap or pop3, check if have configured correct server , port settings. please refer article.
