can't access my company mail account through Outlook android app - Microsoft Community


use outlook mobile app on android cell phone access work email. worked fine while. few days ago, app started ask me re-enter password of account, , not accept correct password. did not change password @ all. can still access account through online version of office 365, not outlook app. wrong?

to concern regarding office 365, let me suggest remove add account in outlook application. try reconfigure account through outlook.com , see if issue persist.

please let know how goes assist further.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
