Cannot access project online - Microsoft Community


i have provisioned project online essentials license user account in o365 not have corresponding access app in o365 portal.

when go sharepoint online admin, see pwa url in site collections 

https://mycompany.sharepoint.com/sites/pwa

but when try access link receive following message:

no project web app instances found. create @ least 1 pwa instance before accessing page.

can suggest i'm doing wrong?

project online essentials team member add-on customers have project online professional or project online premium.

users project online essentials team members, , can’t create projects (project web apps). can team members in project online?

able create projects, please make sure there @ least 1 project online professional or project online premium license in office 365 tenant.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
