when login outlook, unable access excel, word, powerpoint, onedrive or admin top left hand corner.
what cause of this?

issue posted service health dashboard (shd) incident ex94874 starting @ wednesday, march 1, 2017 01:00:00 am (utc). user experience of incident is: users may unable view app launcher tiles within outlook on web. tenant administrators can view current information , updates on shd @ link here

thread closed further posting allow other customers having same issue identify information easily. update primary thread below once issue resolved or can obtain recent information shd.
app launcher have 4 applications
