Have upgraded to office 2016 imediately afterwards sign in on phone to - Microsoft Community


have upgraded office 2016 on lap tops has gone well, still sign in original password , works on lap top. samsung phone not picking emails (stopping function after upgrade)

my phone keeps saying

"sign in failed

server password has been changed, input changed password."

i have not changed login password

has else changed , need phone pick emails

thanks in anticipation (please keep tech speak basic level please )

you dont type of mail account or domain, or whether use ms outlook on mobile or else connect mail account

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
