How do I assign resources from a resource pool to the sharer project - Microsoft Community


i have master project file have linked 10 or sub-projects has been running nicely months track schemes , jobs (without need resources).

now want assign resources (work, not material or cost) jobs within master/sub-project set-up.

i have created brand new project file (resource pool), input of work resources, saved same location master project , shared pool master way of resoucrce pool > share resources.

all good, or thought.........

now, though, can't work out how assign resources resource pool jobs held within master/sub set up?!?  do need open each sub-project file individually , share resource pool each of 10 sub's , assign within or there way assign resources having master project , resource pool open?

anyone able help, i'm sure i'm being bit stupid!

by way i'm using ms project 2010.

you need connect each subproject shared resource pool file.  allow assign resources in each of subprojects.  hope helps.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
