My emoticons no longer are in color......what can I do? - Microsoft Community


my emoticon on outlook email no longer appearing in color.    what cause?

hi,

there many factors affect why emoticons not colored on outlook email. address issue, need answer these questions:

  • are using outlook web or outlook application?
  • if using outlook application, version of outlook using? link provides steps on how check version of outlook have.
  • have made changes on outlook account or on computer prior experiencing issue?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
