Outlook 2016 cannot connect to server after changing password - Microsoft Community

this isn't viable answer.

we're having problem well.  anytime user changes passwords forced create new outlook profile using tool here: https://diagnostics.outlook.com/#/?env=exrca

once pw change happens can't create new profile without tool.

may know windows version , outlook client using? please provide detailed information (e.g. outlook 2016 mso (16.0.7329.1023) 32-bit).

however, outlook client take times prompt password after change. if not, may try work around removing stored credentials in windows credential manager via using control panel.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
