Outlook 2016 will not send multiple attachments - Microsoft Community


when trying send more 1 attachment outlook 2016 (16.0.7830.1013 32 bit), 1 show @ recipient.  not matter if choose recent files or browse locally.  happening on clients office 2016.  other versions work fine.  can send owa , attach multiple files machines outlook 2016 , works fine.  exchange server 2010 sp3 hf16.  driving users crazy.

create new msg several attachments , send yourself, attachments missing?

if close ol , restart holding ctrl key when starting, , repeat test - still missing?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
