PowerPoint file size - Microsoft Community


yesterday client sent me 2 powerpoint pptx files , asked change image one.  the image small, 100px x 100px, , when saved slide in powerpoint, file size grew 241k 14mgb.  i imported acrobat, , exported pptx files , size reduced 241k.

can explain bloat powerpoint caused?

for better understand situation, provide more detailed information “change image one.  the image small, 100px x 100px, , when saved slide in powerpoint, file size grew 241k 14mgb.”  you can share steps have done , related screenshots our reference.

 

in addition, 1 possible scenario, the file size of presentation may increase several megabytes if ppt file created old version of powerpoint application , presentation has 1 or more embedded fonts.

 

please check whether issue occurs specific ppt file.

 

let know update , continue assist based on update.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
