Reclaim HD Space with Archive - Microsoft Community


my outlook mac profile on 52gb , i'm wondering if there way have archive file exist in cloud messages have not been archived stay on local machine.  is do-able? if not, suggestions?

not feasible so.

know intention reduce size of mailbox (keep un-archived mails in local machine). given situation, can try moving archived files(mails) folder, exporting data folder .olm file stored in local machine. after that, can delete data folder. result, mailbox volume should larger. or can directly move archived data “on computer” folder of mac. (the data in on computer folder stored in local machine , doesn’t occupy volume of mailbox)

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
