Shared calender stuck on updating - Microsoft Community


hi,

i created tenant cloud identities , i'm having problem sharing calendars. in owa works fine in outlook it's stuck on updating. can't check properties of other people calendar. if try, following error:

cannot display folder properties. folder may have been deleted or server folder stored may unavailable. cannot display folder properties. don't have appropriate permission perform operation.

however, don't see solution in topic wonder why closed. tried without cached mode no avail. tried adding full access permissions doesn't help.

hi,

i found cause of problem. prior having office 365, using zarafa , software/plugin installed on computer. removed , calendar updates correctly. 

i wonder why outlook safe mode didn't solve either that's less important now.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
