Complicated Outlook question - Microsoft Community

i want use own domain email address in outlook 2016.  let's xyz.com.  however, of emails come outlook email address need too.  i'd store emails in place accessible computer.

i cannot create subfolders in my outlook domain account because exchange active sync not support moving emails folder .pst email account.

i cannot create subfolders in domain pst account because, reason, cannot access account work outlook.

so, created new archive pst account , move emails both xyz.com email , outlook email.  store on onedrive..

this seemed working found out when check mail away home , come home check it, onedrive won't sync , creates copy of file desktop name attached.  then uses 1 on onedrive older copy.

bottom line, how can use outlook domain email , own domain email address , see everything, including subfolders, on outlook.com, outlook 2016 on pc, on phone , on other computers?

based on information provided, .pst files offline files stored in computer that's why not syncing other computer.
