Email Microsoft 2013 vs Microsoft 2016 - Microsoft Community

when updated microsoft 2016, thing different mail.  able set outlook account , import mail 2013 no problem.  have not been able same on husband's side of computer.  preferred email account outlook lived in 2013.  has greater functionality , features.

although able set husbands outlook account, have not been able export emails in folder old outlook account above.  requires exported .pst file opened inside outlook.  email account below not have file locations allow import, or other functions, , appearance altogether different (see below)

is there way delete mail comes through microsoft exchange default in microsoft 2016, , install outlook mail microsoft 2013 instead?  i've tried know , it's frustrating not result.  also, inbox receiving mail, not sending mail.  again, have tried fixes , still have not gotten work.  need expert help.
