Error in godaddy 365 office package - Generating server: - Microsoft Community


i have purchased office 365 - 5 email boxes in godaddy, getting below few days.

can find issue? please.

hi rajesh,

 

according ndr message, seems email address has been detected suspicious , has been resulted in ban on sending ability. investigate issue, i’d collect following information:

  1. check if surpassed send 30 messages per minute, send 10,000 recipients per day , 500 recipients referring article.
  2. run message trace (the date range should selected 1 day, 24 hours) on problematic mailbox check if don’t surpass limitation , provide entire screenshot here.
  3. your tenant information. protect privacy, please provide via private message.
  4. does issue occurs 5 users?
  5. besides gmail account, can send emails other types email account, outlook.com account?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
