Getting bounced back when sending to Live, Hotmail and Outlook email - Microsoft Community


i using outlook email address, , keep getting mail delivery failed email bounce backs. happens when sending other hotmail , outlook email addresses. 

the addresses correct, have sent emails them before

when log account using web browser outlook.com,  or outlook mail across top?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
