How many Outlook accounts does MS have? - Microsoft Community


i can open 2013 email account , see current emails, when click on them not open.  in ms outlook account have no emails showing.  along problem, cannot open documents mouse click  can right click , open option not on emails.  no error message present.

the way have been able read emails on 2013 outlook click on forward.  can imagine frustration of taking of these extras steps read email.

  • when did concern started happening?
  • are able open emails when access outlook account through outlook.com on web browser?
  • does same concern happen when access account on different device?
  • have performed troubleshooting steps?

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
