How to create an Outlook profile - Microsoft Community


i trying create outlook profile follow instruction: click control  panel> mail.  control panel not show mail. why?

create new profile, you'll use windows control panel. there different paths can take mail settings in windows control panel. path take might depend on windows operating system—windows 7, windows 8, or windows 10—you're using, , version of outlook installed. create new profile, kindly follow steps provided on article below:

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
