greetings all,
i working remotely company based in london. using 3 computers; 1 desktop located @ company's offices (i connect remotely via logmein), other 2 pcs located @ home country jordan. unable connect outlook company e-mail from home computers since week. both show outlook (have outlook 2007 in 1 , outlook 2013 in other) disconnected status same error on both shown when send/receive following:
task ''company name" reported error (0x8004011d) : 'the server not available. contact administrator if condition persists.'i accessing outlook e-mail home since years , none able figure why access problems happened @ same time on both home computers. many experts tried possible option can imagine without luck. tips know:
- in desktop located @ company offices in london outlook 2013 working fine , can send receive e-mails usual. setting shows can use outlook anywhere
- ping webmail.companyname.com both computers @ home show "returned time-out"
- webmail.companyname.com/owa working fine both home computers
- exchange same e-mail installed on mobile phone working fine
- when trying setup new profile user same e-mail of home computers unable proceed because online search outlook settings failed
i read in forums possible research such ssl certificate expired! not sure if case or how check on one

- have check internet provider if blocking ports on internet connections?
- are connecting email using vpn or secured connection?
