Outlook web site sign in - no password required - Microsoft Community

hi,

as of week ago, outlook email on our laptop crashes every time open it.  until can solve issue relying on web-based outlook.  puzzled , disconcerted finding when go microsoft account sign-in page , click on "sign-in" in top right corner, see our primary account listed , signed out.  when click on that, account opens without asking password.  means if else got hold of our laptop, able access our account , our email.  please advise how prevent automatic sign in?  sign out of email , out of our account each time, makes no difference.

we more information. referring mail app? mail app uses default microsoft account used log computer.
