PowerPoint 2011 for Mac - Microsoft Community


you can’t open application “microsoft powerpoint” because not responding.  

why getting message?  excel , word open no issues.  also have online 365 on computer , have no problem opening version.

please try starting mac in safe mode check whether powerpoint crashes. start in safe mode:

  1. start or restart mac, press , hold shift key.
  2. release shift key when see login window. if startup disk encrypted filevault, might asked log in twice: once unlock startup disk, , again log in finder.

to leave safe mode, restart mac without pressing keys during startup.

 

if issue persists, please share more detailed information us.

  1. have installed updates mac?
  2. a screenshot crash window.
  3. a screenshot version of powerpoint.
  4. a screenshot version of mac.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
