Receiving error code 0x8007003 when adding a profile in Outlook - Microsoft Community

hi,

i have error message, 0x8007003. error message appeared when attempted add new profile/email account. server test successful produced above error on close of test. preventing me adding second account. account seem working fine, sending , receiving emails per...the account trying set of been pop account under private email domain. using office 2013. can help? kind regards 

a profile , account 2 different things. adding profile using mail applet in control panel or adding account in add account wizard within outlook 2013? describe exactly, step step, doing , @ step in process error occurs. post full, unedited text of error.

in contexts, error message cite means "the system cannot find path specified."

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
