discontiguous selection bug. ctrl-select kills selections - Microsoft Community


greetings,

problem has survived through multiple version updates, new profile , other "general" troubleshooting steps.

when ctrl select, or shift-select (adding selections) things work expected. if attempt ctrl-click de-select (clicking on 1 of highlighted items, consistently clears sections , selects one.

in other words ctrl-click de-select after building selection set, resets selection.

any appreciated.

to isolate issue, please verify following information.

  • what specific error message getting?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • have installed latest updates windows 10?
  • what current version , build number of windows pc?

to check latest update windows 10, click start button, go settings > update & security > windows update select check updates. latest version , build number of windows 10 version 1703, build number 15063.138 - the creators update released last april 11. can check current version , build number of windows pc clicking start button again, type winver press enter.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
