Outlook 2007 change from POP3 to IMAP data file problem - Microsoft Community


i've changed email address settings in outlook 2007 pop3 imap deleting old account , adding new one.

the problem has created new data file new account , can't seem switch data file new account original one. 

does know if possible , how it?

thanks in advance

you cannot because pop mail account uses *.pst , imap mail a/c uses *.ost data file

if wish view data held in *.pst data file, within outlook open data file, appear in outlook tree view pane

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
