Outlook 2013 - Unable to open PDFs from one sender only - Microsoft Community


i have user unable open pdfs 1 sender only, while able of yesterday.  she can open pdfs other senders same domain.  what makes different other posts can send them me , can open them, , if save them different name (like adding "_new") , send her, can open file send.  all save them different name.

i've emptied temp folder, enabled add-ins, done can think of.

she running win7 pro, office 2013, adobe reader dc.


running win10 pro, office 2013, adobe reader dc.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
