Outlook 2016 & Additional Email Accounts - Microsoft Community


using outlook 2016 windows10 , have set primary email account no problem, have 2 additional email addresses not working , showing error message "syn issues (this computer only).  what need fix?

one of possible reasons why you’re experiencing issue outlook because not configured. resolve concern, suggest check out link. report includes many parameters office program configuration , highlights known problems found when offcat (office configuration analyzer tool) scans computer.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
