Outlook 2016 Insert Quick Parts - Microsoft Community


it appears can insert quick parts when replying messages "popped out" or in separate window.

you can not insert quick parts when replying in reading pane.

is there fix this?

to address concern, suggest submit feedback quick parts option added on main window of outlook. tried replicate concern , went through customizing ribbons, correct can customized on pop-up window when composing new email or replying email. submit feedback on this, visit support link below:

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
