Outlook 2016/2013 sync with upgraded Outlook.com - Microsoft Community


want thank microsoft (for change!) upgrading outlook.com accounts. dead scared 'reconnect' win 10 outlook 2016 , kept putting off until after christmas when knew have time deal , fallout it. when did delighted see not long-awaited issue not being able use contact groups sorted, many other features came life! contact groups sync across platforms, as do categories. repeating tasks , appointments working once again. have in-cell editing , completion of tasks, colour , other formatting works in tasks , other items. had re-write number of custom views got lost in re-connection, after hour or so of 'tweaking' had them original settings , got sync'd other devices (8.1 rt tablet outlook 2013 , phone), unexpected! done ms - i've waited 2 years since having outlook.com account use these features once again, it's been worth wait! recommend re-connect without hesitation - leave time change settings defaults again. best note them down before re-connecting!

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
