outlook 365 stops responding if left open on my computer for any - Microsoft Community


i've had problem since before recent widows update. reason, outlook stops responding. have restart outlook work. happens 5 times week or more. seems happen when computer @ rest while outlook open. no error code. 'not responding'. ran diagnostic thing on office , found no corrupted files.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
