Outlook issues - Microsoft Community


1.  when attempt open outlook.com,  why outlook.live.com/uwa  open instead, lot of numbers ?

2. why sent messages delivered not show in sent folder?   happing periodically?

regarding concern, may ask if have tried using different web browser? same url shows up? also, what email system using? when login email account on web browser, outlook.com or outlook mail across top? kindly click here know email system using.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
