OUTLOOK OFFICE 365 SEARCH PROBLEMS - Microsoft Community


of sudden cannot search in outlook office 365!  have rebuilt index don't know how many times works while , square 1 - have rebuilt still can't search frustrating!!! please have done recommended on forums , google search!

firstly, i’d confirm if you’ve tried following article fix issue:

if issue persists, i’d collect following information further issue:
1. relevant screenshots reflecting symptom.
2. please take screenshot product information page , upload further check.

3. kind of account did set in outlook client? if it’s office 365 account, did configure account via exchange or imap/pop mode? 
4. since issue occurred suddenly, i’d confirm if you’ve upgraded office suite or windows os before issue happened.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
