Outlook problem - Microsoft Community


i have problem in various terminals. use local exchange server , have set various accounts.

at various times signature of user replaced squares. after doing restart of program , problem solved. because not solution , must find permanent one.the version of office office pro plus 10.

the problem appears if have helvetica font signature. if change problem solved

plz advice

to better assist , refer right thread, know answer following:

  • is computer connected domain?
  • is happening special characters used on signatures?
  • is happening when accessing company's web mail?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
