Outlook Sync problem - Microsoft Community


i uninstalled , reinstalled outlook 2010, except outlook calendar no longer syncing, nor appearing.  following excerpt sync issues folder:

11:56:13 there error synchronizing folder hierarchy. error : 80041004.

outlook.com moving office 365 exchange online servers , account may have been migrated.  please login web browser , @ upper left, if says "outlook mail" or "outlook email", you've been moved new servers.  in such case, hotmail connector no longer works.  please see:

for outlook 2010, need to remove hotmail account outlook 2010, uninstall , remove hotmail connector, re-add hotmail account outlook 2010 using outlook's auto account setup feature.  btw, @ 66 years of age, i'm a senior also.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
