Outlook synchronization - Microsoft Community


i started getting message "the server configuration prevents synchronizing.  contact system administrator" details are:

file: outlook\pstprx\storeas\utils\airsyncstatuscodes.h
line: 226
http/1.1 403 account not active
syncstatus: 403
re-try press f9...
error code: 0x80004005

i have tried rebooting pc, removing account , re-adding no avail.  the mail sort of still works, hangs after getting message several times.

help!

this issue may occur due conflicts updates or programs installed on pc. ask questions know best possible resolution offer:

  • did make changes on pc before issue started?
  • have tried checking if there available updates outlook?
  • did try check if there available updates windows 10?
  • have tried contacting network administrator verify if there system issues?
  • did try repair outlook app?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
