Outlook16 - Modify phishing security options - Microsoft Community

hello,

i'm receiving emails plugins on wordpress sites , has worked fine long.

i started using outlook 2016 week ago , moves these emails junk folder saying aren't sent are.

i can't find option stop happening.

can soften security level or add exception somewhere ?

the outlook 2016 client has specific ways decide whether emails coming in spam emails or not. if emails been marked spam, go junk folder on outlook client.

 

now know want bypass emails send plugins on wordpress sites. this, please follow following steps:

1. open outlook client account.

2. navigate junk email folder, right click 1 of these emails , select junk > never block sender.

 

in addition, can check if email address on safe sender list clicking junk button on home > delete > junk e-mail options. , check values in safe senders.

 

if emails still go junk email folder, please provide following information investigate:

1. the detailed version of outlook client. navigate file > office account > office updates on outlook client check this. looks version 1609 (build 7369.2118).

2. type of email account use, office 365 account, gmail account, hotmail.com account or other account?

3. open 1 of these email , click file > info > properties. provide information in internet headers us. protect privacy, have sent private message collect it. can access private message via link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list
