unable to located "Sent" mail from xyz@Gmail profile - Microsoft Community


we have 2 email addresses set outlook. 1 of them outlook.com (for me) , other gmail.com address set wife.

there "sent" folder located below gmail.com address, there never messages within it. there location finding sent messages?

after send email, message sent saved in sent items folder. if cannot find email you've sent, kindly refer link find it.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
